Overview

There is no configuration in HawkSearch itself for Smart Response since this is a call to HawkSearch’s GenAI middleware, but the best information to send to Smart Response would come from Smart Search results so it is recommended to use Unified Search for the search itself and configure Concept and Visual search in HawkSearch.

Prompts in e360

The GenAI component of Smart Response leverages a prompt that is managed by your merchandising/marketing team. These prompts are managed in a Bridgeline product called e360. e360 is available through Single Sign On (SSO), but if you are unfamiliar with this tool, reach out to your HawkSearch CSD or contact to set this up.
