The default set up for the Shopware Connector provides many of the core features and strengths of HawkSearch. The HawkSearch engineering team expects to add more advanced features in the future to the default connector. However, it is possible to simply add these features directly to your search experience either yourself or the support of the HawkSearch Services team. Smart Search

The Smart Search feature set includes capabilities for end users to ask questions instead of typing in keywords, to upload images or take a picture with their phone to find product matches and even includes the ability to describe the product itself. Smart Response

There are additional opportunities to provide value to your customers searching on the site in addition to the search results. Smart Response provides a deeper analysis of the results, highlights the most relevant product in the results or can actually specifically answer a question the customer may need an answer for.
