- Provide overall account management to ensure your digital success
- Quarterly business reviews for alignment on your strategic initiatives as well as roadmap discussion,
- Gather key performance criteria & identify areas for ongoing improvement
- Handle scoping of new requirements, contracts & license renewals
- Escalation point of contact for support requests & active engagements.
Product Support

- Team of product experts readily available to address any product level questions or inquiries.
- Triage and work to remediate product questions or technical issues.
- Direct product feedback as suggestions to R&D team for roadmap inspiration.
- Escalate implementation, training and tuning requests to Services or Customer Success Team.
