Preparing Products & Attributes for Indexing
In general, the HawkSearch - Xngage package will index all products & attributes to HawkSearch.

What is Indexed?
All items within "Catalog" will be indexed to HawkSearch, with the exception of Attribute's that are NOT "Searchable" or "Filterable"
Queryable
To set "Attributes" to be queryable, they must be turned on in Marketing -> Search -> Field Boosting.
In the example below, the first 10 rows will NOT be indexed to HawkSearch.

Filterable
Filters/Facets are created via Catalog -> Attribute Types.
In the example below, "HawkSearch Example" will be created as a facet in HawkSearch. "HawkSearch Example 2" will NOT be created as a facet.
Note: The "Searchable" field DOES NOT dictate if an attribute is searchable in HawkSearch. See the above "Queryable" section.

Boost Values
Boosts applied to fields ONLY in HawkSearch are set in Marketing -> Search -> Field Boosting.
Optimizely allows products to have a boost value of less than 1, whereas HawkSearch cannot. All values will be given a (+1) value to their Optimizely boost when it moves to HawkSearch.
In the example below, "Field_styledChildren" will have a field boost of 1.8 in HawkSearch.

Double Check CPN Length
- HawkSearch has a maximum ngram length of 15.
- If there are CPN's with a longer length than 15 we need to adjust settings in HawkSearch on a case-by-case basis.
