Installing the HawkSearch Managed Package

The HawkSearch Managed Package integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and can be installed through one of two methods:

1. Salesforce AppExchange: Search for "HawkSearch" in the Salesforce AppExchange and follow the standard Salesforce installation process.
2. Direct Version URL: Use a specific package URL provided by Bridgeline during your implementation process.

Installation Recommendations

When installing the HawkSearch Managed Package:

1. Select "Install for Admins Only": This option ensures that only administrative users have initial access to the application.

   

2. Permission Sets: Post-installation, access to the necessary objects is managed using permission sets.
