HawkSearch Setup

HawkSearch has many merchandising features that are documented both on this developer portal an on our User Guide. The HawkSearch UX is where you will configure all of the merchandising rules that direct the experience on the search pages of your Shopware site.

The Shopware Connector for HawkSearch takes care of many of the initial setup features as described above, but there is one basic setting that must be done in HawkSearch - Facets. Facets, also referred to as "Filters" are the options on the left of the search experience to help visitors drill down on specific attributes related to your product catalog. In this case the Facets are "Manufacturer" and "Price."
