Overview

This section outlines the configurations for setting up and managing tracking in Optimizely. It covers how to integrate tracking endpoints and set parameters to optimize user engagement and system performance

Setting up tracking

1. Please navigate to Administration > Settings > Search > Xngage Hawksearch and fill out the following fields

   

   1. API Key: You can find this in your HawkSearch workbench on the bottom of the Admin > Account Info page, in the "Setup Info" section.

      

   2. Tracking Key: You can find this in your HawkSearch workbench on the bottom of the Admin > Account Info page, in the "Setup Info" section.

   3. Event Tracking API URL: https://tracking-dev.hawksearch.net

2. Please then navigate to Administration > Settings > Search > XConnect Analytics and fill out the following fields accrodingly:

   
   1. Tracking Debug Logging Enabled: No
   2. Tracking Event Error Logging Enabled: No
   3. Enable Events Tracking: Yes
   4. Cart Page Urls
      1. cart
      2. checkoutreviewandsubmit
   5. Order Confirmation Url: orderconfirmation
   6. Skip Tracking Pages
      1. error
      2. systemresources
      3. favicon
   7. Track Member Logins: Yes
